How logistics and payment work

Dealer orders are DDP to our São Paulo warehouse — we handle the import and customs clearance up to that point.

DDP delivery to São PauloWe handle the import and customs clearance up to our São Paulo warehouse. From there, domestic freight to your address is quoted separately.
Pickup is the recommended defaultWe recommend picking up at our São Paulo warehouse: it reduces the risk of loss, theft or damage on long-haul transport. If you need delivery, just ask — we'll then quote the freight separately once we have your full address and CEP (postal code).
Payment: 30% deposit + 70% on arrivalDealer orders follow a 30% deposit, with the 70% balance due on arrival at our São Paulo warehouse, after you inspect the goods. This is the payment for your individual dealer order — a different mechanism from the container pre-sale reservation deposit.
Minimum order quantity (MOQ)Standard models: generally a minimum of 5 units per model. Upgrading to a higher-power motor variant: generally a minimum of 50 units per model. Custom color: generally minimum 50 units per model.
The price is for pickup at our São Paulo warehouse. Freight to your address is not included. If you need delivery, we'll calculate the freight separately once we have your full address and postal code (CEP).

Yes. We offer OEM / brand customization so you can sell under your own logo.

Do you have stock in Brazil?

Depends on the model and the moment. We sell straight from our Brazil stock whenever it's available, but demand has been high and stock levels shift model by model. If the model you want is temporarily sold out, we tell you the restock timeline before you place the order.

What about warranty and support?

We provide after-sales support and a real warranty on the motor, battery and controller. We're also building out a Brazil-based spare parts stock to make service even faster.
