The motor, battery and controller are covered for 1 year. Wear parts — tires, brake pads, cables and similar items — are not covered, since they're subject to normal wear from use.
For dealer/wholesale orders, delivery is DDP to our São Paulo warehouse — we handle the import and customs clearance up to that point. Picking up at the warehouse is the recommended option, since it reduces the risk of loss, theft or damage on long-haul transport. If you need delivery to your address, we quote the freight separately: the price is for pickup at our São Paulo warehouse, freight to your address is not included, and if you need delivery, we calculate the freight separately once we have your full address and postal code (CEP).
